Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or other personal preferences.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when the problem is our responsibility.
About 3D Printed Products
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines, surface textures, and slight variations in color or finish are normal and make each piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product's appearance or intended use.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be accommodated before production begins. Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
